Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 48 hours from orders placed on Monday to Saturday. Order placed on Saturday evening(After 12 PM), Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.
Order processing estimate:
- The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days post shipping.(Approx.)
- It does not take into consideration any issue the shipping carrier may have with the package.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking and we will do our best to help.
Estimated shipping time starts from when the package is picked up by our courier partner (shipped from our facilities) and not when the order is placed.
Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within 24 hours (Contact us, if you don't see this after 24 hours).
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal, you will be given a choice of either:
- A refund
- A reship
Note: We will charge INR ₹99/- for re-shipping. In case of refund shipping charges of 99/- will be deducted from the invoice value.
COD Policy:
COD charges will be ₹99/- (non-refundable) and will be applied when placing the order. The remaining amount can be paid upon delivery. You can still request a refund before shipping until 11.59 pm.(The next day of the order placement date)(excludes Sunday and public holidays)
Cancellation Policy:
- Once the order is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Incase order is shipped and not delivered, then the order can be cancelled and the money will be refunded. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount in case of order is undelivered and returned to us
For International Orders:
For international orders we use India post. It will take minimum 7 days at least to ship it. After shipping Tracking details will be shared via Email & WhatsApp. Estimated delivery date will be based on locations only.
- No returns or replacement can be claimed.
- No warranty claims are eligible for these orders.
Customs duty clearance and fees have to be clear by the buyer itself.
Return Policy
Returns, Exchange & Replacement Policy
Only products purchased directly from www.kapaver.com are eligible for exchange within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
We offer store credit only for approved returns or exchanges. Store credit will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
If your product was purchased from any marketplace or reseller, kindly contact the original seller directly for support.
For Amazon orders, please contact Amazon Customer Support. For assistance after the Amazon replacement window, kindly WhatsApp us at 8169047930.
International orders are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges, or warranty claims.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Proof of purchase from our website
- Two clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for all claims & returns)
In certain cases, a screenshot showing your phone model name may also be required for verification.
The product must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging with all contents included
- Must be in perfect re-sellable condition
- Protective films must remain intact and should not be peeled off
- Product should not be damaged, used, or altered
Once the required details are verified, our team will assist you with the next steps.
Return Shipping Instructions

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking facility. Kapaver will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
After receiving the returned package, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product. If approved, we will provide either:
- A replacement product
- Store credit via email within 4–7 working days
Replacement Policy
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, Kapaver will replace it at no additional cost.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Replacement orders are shipped within 48 hours
- If the replacement item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead
Product Not Satisfactory
If the delivered product is unsatisfactory, Kapaver may provide:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Replacement will only be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection and is confirmed to be in re-sellable condition.
If the product is found damaged, incomplete, or not in sellable condition, Kapaver reserves the right to reject the replacement request.
Situations Where Exchange / Replacement Will Not Be Accepted
- The item is damaged due to customer handling
- Parts or packaging are missing
- The product is returned in non re-sellable condition
- The request is raised after the allowed time window
- Protective films are removed
- Unboxing video is not available

Warranty Policy
KAPAVER GENERAL DEFECT WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Kapaver reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.
What we will do?
Kapaver will replace the product at no charge, with a brand new product for the same model.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for products purchased from Kapaver is 90 DAYS starting from the date of delivery.
What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:
- Drops
- Installation failures.
- Normal daily wear and tear.
- Intentional modifications.
- Products not sold by us or authorized resellers.
- Products not manufactured by us.
- Misuse and mishandling of product.
- Theft or loss of the product.
- Screen protectors
What to do?
To obtain this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note we do not accept unannounced returned damaged products.
Kapaver reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the warranty..
Please check the quality of the products upon reception and contact us if you see anything out of the ordinary. For any product damaged upon arrival you Must contact us within 24 hours after arrival or the product will not be considered as such.
This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to the following products:
- Kapaver Tempered Glass
- Refurbished Products
- Essential Cases
- Clearance Sale Products
- Other Accessories
This is a one time replacement policy. Replaced products are not eligible for warranty claim again.
Once filled the form for warranty, It will go for review and if approved, replacement will be issued based on stocks & courier availability.
All this process will take a time period of at least 10 days.
Replacement tracking details will be shared via mail & SMS.
It's a onetime replacement program.
No warranty is applicable for the claimed one.
