We process and ship orders within 48 hours from orders placed on Monday to Saturday. Order placed on Saturday night, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

We provide Free Shipping for all orders exceeding INR 500. 

Order processing estimate:

• The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days post shipping.(Approx.)
• It does not take into consideration any issue the shipping carrier may have with the package.
• Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking and we will do our best to help.

Estimated shipping time starts from when the package is picked up by our courier partner (shipped from our facilities) and not when the order is placed.

Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within 24 hours (Contact us, if you don't see this after 24 hours).

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal, you will be given a choice of either:

• A refund
• A reship

Note: We will charge INR 50 for re-shipping.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once the order is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. 
• Incase order is shipped and not delivered, then the order can be cancelled and the money will be refunded. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
• Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount in case of order is undelivered and returned to us
